Access by Your System Administrator: You should be aware that the administrator of your instance of LQMS may be able to:

Access information in and about your LQMS  Services account;

Access communications history, including file attachments, for your LQMS  Services account;

Disclose, restrict or access information that you have provided or that is made available to you when using your LQMS  Services account.

May have access to your stored data.

 

Testimonials:

We may display personal testimonials of satisfied customers in the LQMS. With your consent, we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us using the information below.

With Your Consent:

We will share your Personal Information with third parties when we have your consent to do so.

We do not share Personal Information about you with third parties for their marketing purposes (including direct marketing purposes) without your permission.

 

Data Storage, Transfer and Security

LQMS  hosts data in the countries including United Arab Emirates, India and any other countries where client is located. The servers on which Personal Information is stored are kept in a controlled environment for data storage and processing of region-specific data. Dedicated servers in the UAE and India regions are deployed for customers from those regions. While we take reasonable efforts to guard your Personal Information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet as an open global communications vehicle, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers. In addition, we cannot guarantee that any incidentally-collected Personal Information you choose to store in Websites or SaaS Products are maintained at levels of protection to meet specific needs or obligations you may have relating to that information.

 

Accessing and Updating Your Information

You may often correct, update, amend or remove your Personal Information in your account settings or by directing your query to your account administrator.

You or your administrator may be able to deactivate your LQMS  account. If you can deactivate your own account, you can most often do so in your account settings. Otherwise, please contact your administrator. To deactivate an organization account, please contact LQMS  Support.

We will retain your account information for as long as your account is active, or as reasonably useful for commercial purposes or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If your account is managed by an administrator, that account administrator may have control with regards to how your account information is retained and deleted.

 

Compliance with GDPR

LQMS  as a Data Processor: All data collected by LQMS  will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities by LQMS Software solutions.

How We Protect Your Personal Data: As a Data Processor, LQMS  has taken strict measures and implemented the required procedures to guarantee the safety of data of its customers.

For data backup, If LQMS application is hosted on premise server of customer, the customer itself is responsible for the backup. In mobile application, data is stored on the device temporarily for offline data capture and access. Once the job is completed, the data will be synchronized to the server and gets removed from device.

In addition to the required personal data, the system has the option to store other personal data, such as job title or the organization address. LQMS provide direct access to all personal data in the user master from where the user has the option to remove or change any personal information in the system.

 

Data Portability

LQMS  offers the option to export data. Depending on the data, the software offers the option to end-users to export data as XLS,WORD,XML and PDF.

Information that we collect may be stored, processed in, and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this policy.

Information that we collect may be transferred to the following countries: the United Arab Emirates, United States of America and India.

Personal information that you publish on our website or submit for publication on our website may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.
